ด้วยในโอกาสที่รัฐบาลชุดใหม่ของสวีเดนนำโดยนายเฟรดริก ไรน์เฟลด์ท เข้ารับตำแหน่งนายกรัฐมนตรีสวีเดนเป็นสมัยที่ 2 และนายคาร์ล บิลด์ท ยังคงดำรงตำแหน่งรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ ในการนี้ นายอภิสิทธิ์ เวชชาชีวะ นายกรัฐมนตรี และนายกษิต ภิรมย์ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ ได้มีสารแสดงความยินดีไปยังรัฐบาลชุดใหม่ของสวีเดน ดังนี้
