ด้วยในโอกาสที่นาย Mark Rutte ได้สาบานตนเข้ารับตำแหน่งนายกรัฐมนตรีเนเธอร์แลนด์คนใหม่ โดยมี นาย Uri Rosenthal ดำรงตำแหน่งรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ ในการนี้ นายอภิสิทธิ์ เวชชาชีวะ นายกรัฐมนตรี และนายกษิต ภิรมย์ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ ได้มีสารแสดงความยินดีไปยังนายกรัฐมนตรีและรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศของเนเธอร์แลนด์ ดังนี้
