ตามที่ได้เกิดเหตุระเบิด ณ ท่าอากาศยาน Domodedovo ประเทศรัสเซีย เมื่อวันที่ ๒๔ มกราคม ๒๕๕๔ ซึ่งส่งผลให้มีผู้เสียชีวิตและบาดเจ็บเป็นจำนวนมาก นั้น
ในการนี้ นายอภิสิทธิ์ เวชชาชีวะ นายกรัฐมนตรี และนายกษิต ภิรมย์ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ ได้มีสารแสดงความเสียใจต่อเหตุการณ์ดังกล่าวไปยังนาย Dmitry Medvedev ประธานาธิบดีรัสเซีย และนาย Sergey Lavrov รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศรัสเซีย ตามลำดับ ดังนี้

Excellency,
I am shocked and saddened to learn of the blast, targeted at innocent civilians at Domodedovo International Airport in Moscow on 24 January 2011. My deepest sympathies go to the families of those innocent people, who lost their lives as well as those who were injured in this dreadful event.
In this moment of bereavement, the Royal Thai Government joins the international community in strongly condemning this hideous crime.
Accept, Excellency, the renewed assurances of my highest consideration.

It is with shock and sorrow that I have learned of the blast, inflicted upon the innocent civilians at Domodedovo International Airport on 24 January 2011. My deepest sympathy and condolences go to people of the Russian Federation and especially to the bereaved families of the victims.
Thailand strongly condemns such terrorist act and remains firmly committed to cooperate closely with the international community in the global fight against terrorism.
