ด้วยในโอกาสที่นาง Mary McAleese ประธานาธิบดีไอร์แลนด์ ได้แต่งตั้งนาย Enda Kenny ดำรงตำแหน่งนายกรัฐมนตรีไอร์แลนด์ และคณะรัฐมนตรี ซึ่งรวมถึงนาย Eamon Gilmore รองนายกรัฐมนตรีและรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศและการค้าไอร์แลนด์ ในการนี้ นายอภิสิทธิ์ เวชชาชีวะ นายกรัฐมนตรี และนายกษิต ภิรมย์ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ ได้มีข้อความสารแสดงความยินดีไปยังรัฐบาลชุดใหม่ของไอร์แลนด์ ดังนี้
