ด้วยสาธารณรัฐเอสโตเนียได้มีการจัดตั้งรัฐบาลชุดใหม่ โดยนาย Andrus Ansip เข้ารับตำแหน่งนายกรัฐมนตรีเอสโตเนีย เป็นสมัยที่ ๓ และนาย Urmas Paet ดำรงตำแหน่งรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศเอสโตเนียเช่นเดิม
ในการนี้ นายอภิสิทธิ์ เวชชาชีวะ นายกรัฐมนตรี ได้มีข้อความแสดงความยินดีถึงนาย Andrus Ansip นายกรัฐมนตรีเอสโตเนีย และนายกษิต ภิรมย์ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ ได้มีข้อความแสดงความยินดีถึงนาย Urmas Paet รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศเอสโตเนีย ดังนี้
