ข้อความสารแสดงความเสียใจแด่รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศอินเดียกรณีเหตุวางระเบิดที่เมืองมุมไบ

ตามที่ได้เกิดเหตุระเบิดอันเนื่องมาจากการก่อการร้ายใน ๓ จุดของเมืองมุมไบ สาธารณรัฐอินเดีย เมื่อค่ำของวันที่ ๑๓ กรกฎาคม ๒๕๕๔ ส่งผลให้มีผู้บาดเจ็บและเสียชีวิตกว่า ๑๐๐ คน นั้น

ในการนี้ นายกษิต ภิรมย์ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ ได้ส่งข้อความสารแสดงเสียใจไปยังนาย Shri S.M. Krishna รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศอินเดีย ดังนี้

“Excellency,

I am deeply shocked by the bombing attacks in Mumbai on the evening of 13 July 2011 which have caused numerous deaths and injuries. The Royal Thai Government strongly condemns these attacks against innocent people which are never justifiable no matter the cause.

On behalf of the Royal Thai Government and the Thai people, I wish to express our deepest sympathies and condolences to the victims and their families, as well as to the Government and people of India.
