ข้อความสารแสดงความยินดีแด่รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศปาปัวนิวกินี

ตามที่ปาปัวนิวกินีได้มีการปรับคณะรัฐมนตรีชุดใหม่ และนาย Ano Pala ได้รับการแต่งตั้งให้ดำรงตำแหน่งรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศปาปัวนิวกินีคนใหม่ ในการนี้ นายกษิต ภิรมย์ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศได้ส่งข้อความสารแสดงความยินดีไปยังรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศปาปัวนิวกินี ดังนี้
