ด้วยสาธารณรัฐโครเอเชียได้มีการจัดตั้งรัฐบาลชุดใหม่ และนาย Zoran Milanovic ได้รับเลือกตั้งให้ดำรงตำแหน่งนายกรัฐมนตรี และนาง Vesna Pusic ได้รับการแต่งตั้งให้ดำรงตำแหน่งรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงกิจการต่างประเทศและยุโรป
ในการนี้ นางสาวยิ่งลักษณ์ ชินวัตร นายกรัฐมนตรี และนายสุรพงษ์ โตวิจักษณ์ชัยกุล รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ ได้มีข้อความสารแสดงความยินดีถึงนายกรัฐมนตรี และรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงกิจการต่างประเทศและยุโรป สาธารณรัฐโครเอเชีย ดังนี้
