ข้อความสารแสดงความยินดีต่อรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศตรินิแดดและโตเบโกคนใหม่

ตามที่ตรินิแดดและโตเบโกได้มีการปรับเปลี่ยนและแต่งตั้งคณะรัฐมนตรีชุดใหม่ นั้น

ในการนี้ นายสุรพงษ์ โตวิจักษณ์ชัยกุล รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ ได้มีข้อความสารแสดงความยินดีถึงนาย Winston Dookeran รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศตรินิแดดและโตเบโก ดังนี้
