ข้อความสารแสดงความยินดีจากรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ ถึงรองนายกรัฐมนตรี และรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศคูเวต

ด้วยเจ้าผู้ครองรัฐคูเวตทรงแต่งตั้งคณะรัฐมนตรีชุดใหม่ และ Sheikh Sabah Al Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah ได้รับแต่งตั้งให้ดำรงตำแหน่งรองนายกรัฐมนตรี และรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศรัฐคูเวตอีกครั้ง ในการนี้ นายสุรพงษ์ โตวิจักษณ์ชัยกุล รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ ได้มีข้อความสารแสดงความยินดีถึงรองนายกรัฐมนตรี และรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศรัฐคูเวต ดังนี้
