ด้วยนาย Titus Cortatean ได้รับการแต่งตั้งให้ดำรงตำแหน่งรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศโรมาเนีย ในการนี้ นายสุรพงษ์ โตวิจักษณ์ชัยกุล รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ ได้มีข้อความสารแสดงความยินดีถึงรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศโรมาเนีย ดังนี้
