ข้อความสารแสดงความยินดีแด่ประธานาธิบดีและรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศแองโกล่า ในโอกาสที่ได้รับแต่งตั้งให้ดำรงตำแหน่งอีกครั้ง
ตามที่สาธารณรัฐแองโกลาได้มีการประกาศคณะรัฐมนตรีชุดใหม่เมื่อวันที่ ๒๙ กันยายน ๒๕๕๕ ภายหลังการเลือกตั้ง โดยมีนาย Jose Eduardo dos Santos ดำรงตำแหน่งประธานาธิบดีอีกวาระหนึ่ง และมีนาย Georges Rebelo Pinto Chicoti ได้รับการแต่งตั้งให้ดำรงตำแหน่งเป็นรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศอีกวาระหนึ่งด้วย นั้น
ในการนี้ นางสาวยิ่งลักษณ์ ชินวัตร นายกรัฐมนตรี ได้ส่งข้อความสารแสดงความยินดีไปยังประธานาธิบดีแองโกลา และนายสุรพงษ์ โตวิจักษณ์ชัยกุล รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ ได้ส่งข้อความสารแสดงความยินดีไปยังรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศแองโกลา ดังนี้
