สารแสดงความยินดีจากนายกรัฐมนตรีถึงประธานาธิบดีสหรัฐอเมริกา

ตามที่นายบารัค โอบามา ได้ชนะการเลือกตั้งประธานาธิบดีสหรัฐอเมริกาเป็นสมัยที่ ๒ เมื่อวันที่ ๗ พฤศจิกายน ๒๕๕๕ ตามเวลาท้องถิ่น นั้น ในการนี้ นางสาวยิ่งลักษณ์ ชินวัตร นายกรัฐมนตรี ได้มีข้อความสารแสดงความยินดีถึงนายบารัค โอบามา ประธานาธิบดีสหรัฐอเมริกา ดังนี้

I have the honor to extend my most sincere congratulations on your re-election as President of the United States of America. Your remarkable victory is a reaffirmation of the trust and confidence the American people have in your leadership, and I wish you every success in your second term.

Over the past four years, your Administration’s focus on Asia has been welcomed by Thailand and other countries in the region. As the United States’ oldest ally in Asia for which we are commemorating 180 years of relations next year, we in Thailand are looking forward to closely working with you and your Administration in the days, months and years ahead to further strengthen our bilateral, regional and global partnership for the mutual benefits of our countries and peoples.
