ข้อความสารแสดงความยินดีแด่นายกรัฐมนตรีและรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศลิเบีย ในโอกาสที่ได้รับแต่งตั้งให้ดำรงตำแหน่ง
ตามที่ลิเบียได้มีการประกาศคณะรัฐมนตรีชุดใหม่เมื่อวันที่ ๓๑ ตุลาคม ๒๕๕๕ โดยนาย Ali Zeidan ได้รับเลือกให้เป็นนายกรัฐมนตรีคนใหม่ และนาย Ali Al-Aujali ได้รับการแต่งตั้งให้ดำรงตำแหน่งเป็นรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ นั้น ในการนี้ นางสาวยิ่งลักษณ์ ชินวัตร นายกรัฐมนตรี ได้ส่งข้อความสารแสดงความยินดีไปยังนายกรัฐมนตรีลิเบีย และนายสุรพงษ์ โตวิจักษณ์ชัยกุล รองนายกรัฐมนตรีและรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ ได้ส่งข้อความสารแสดงความยินดีไปยังรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศลิเบีย ดังนี้
