ด้วยวันที่ ๒๕ พฤศจิกายน ของทุกปี เป็นวันชาติของบอสเนียและเฮอร์เซโกวินา ในการนี้ นางสาวยิ่งลักษณ์ ชินวัตร นายกรัฐมนตรี และนายสุรพงษ์ โตวิจักษณ์ชัยกุล รองนายกรัฐมนตรีและรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ จึงได้มีข้อความสารแสดงความยินดีในโอกาสดังกล่าวถึงนายกรัฐมนตรีและรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศบอสเนียและเฮอร์เซโกวินา ดังนี้

On behalf of the Royal Thai Government and the people of Thailand, I have the honour to extend to Your Excellency and the people of Bosnia and Herzegovina our warmest and most sincere congratulations on the occasion of the National Day.
Thailand and Bosnia and Herzegovina have enjoyed close ties of friendship since the establishment of our diplomatic relations twelve years ago. I would like to take this opportunity to assure Your Excellency of my firm determination to work closely with Your Excellency and the Government of Bosnia and Herzegovina to deepen our bilateral relations in areas of trade and investment, tourism and cultural exchanges for the mutual benefits of our peoples.
