Excellency,
On the 40th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the Kingdom of Thailand and the Republic of Poland, I wish to convey, on behalf of the Government and the people of Thailand, my best wishes and congratulations to Your Excellency and the people of Poland. The good and cordial relationship between our two countries certainly merits the celebrations which have been planned on both sides throughout this year.
Over the past four decades, we have laid down a solid foundation for our bilateral ties that have steadily developed and now encompass various spheres of cooperation of mutual interest. Mutual support and collaboration in multilateral institutions and fora such as the United Nations and the Asia — Europe Meeting (ASEM) also serve as another pillar of our strong ties. Looking into the next decade, I wish to see Thai — Polish relations reach a new height through intensified political engagements at all levels, closer economic and technical cooperation, vibrant business contacts, more cultural exchanges and increased people-to-people linkages.
Please accept, Excellency, the renewed assurances of my highest consideration.

As Thailand and Poland will commemorate the 40th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations on 14 November 2012, I wish to extend to Your Excellency my best wishes and congratulations. Our two countries have long enjoyed a good, amicable and cooperative relationship which is based on mutual trust, respect and understanding.
Thailand attaches great importance to the development of stronger and closer partnership with Poland. In addition to growing bilateral cooperation and mutual support in international arenas, our membership in the Asia-Europe Meeting (ASEM) has brought us even closer. Our shared values of democracy and good working relationship allow us to work together as key partners in promoting democratic norms and practices, addressing global issues and supporting peaceful development in different parts of the world.
Let me take this memorable occasion to reiterate Thailand’s commitment to consolidate its bilateral relations, friendship and cooperation with Poland for the mutual benefits of our two countries and peoples.
