ข้อความสารแสดงความยินดีแด่รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศเม็กซิโก ในโอกาสที่ได้รับแต่งตั้งให้ดำรงตำแหน่ง

ตามที่ได้มีพิธีรับตำแหน่งประธานาธิบดีเม็กซิโกของนาย Enrique Pe?a Nieto และมีคณะรัฐมนตรีชุดใหม่เมื่อวันที่ ๑ ธันวาคม ๒๕๕๕ โดยนาย Jos? Antonio Meade ได้รับการแต่งตั้งให้ดำรงตำแหน่งรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศเม็กซิโก นั้น

ในการนี้ นายสุรพงษ์ โตวิจักษณ์ชัยกุล รองนายกรัฐมนตรีและรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ ได้ส่งข้อความสารแสดงความยินดีไปยังรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศเม็กซิโก ดังนี้
