ตามที่มอนเตเนโกรได้มีการจัดตั้งคณะรัฐมนตรีชุดใหม่หลังการเลือกตั้งทั่วไปเมื่อวันที่ ๑๔ ตุลาคม ๒๕๕๕ นั้น นางสาวยิ่งลักษณ์ ชินวัตร นายกรัฐมนตรี ได้ส่งข้อความสารแสดงความยินดีไปยังนาย Milo Dukanovic นายกรัฐมนตรีมอนเตเนโกร และนายสุรพงษ์ โตวิจักษณ์ชัยกุล รองนายกรัฐมนตรีและรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ ได้ส่งข้อความสารแสดงความยินดีไปยังนาย Igor Luksic รองนายกรัฐมนตรีและรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศมอนเตเนโกร ดังนี้
