ข้อความสารแสดงความยินดีถึงรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศซาน มารีโน ในโอกาสที่ได้รับแต่งตั้งให้ดำรงตำแหน่ง

ตามที่สาธารณรัฐซาน มารีโน ได้มีการแต่งตั้งคณะรัฐมนตรีชุดใหม่ โดยนาย Pasquale Valentini ได้ดำรงตำแหน่งรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศคนใหม่ ในการนี้ นายสุรพงษ์ โตวิจักษณ์ชัยกุล รองนายกรัฐมนตรีและรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ ได้มีข้อความสารแสดงความยินดีไปยังรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศซาน มารีโน ดังนี้
