ตามที่นาย Beyon Luc Adolphe Tiao นายกรัฐมนตรีบูร์กินาฟาโซ และนาย Yipene Djibrill Bassole รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศบูร์กินาฟาโซ ได้รับแต่งตั้งให้ดำรงตำแหน่งเดิมอีกวาระหนึ่ง ในการนี้ นางสาวยิ่งลักษณ์ ชินวัตร นายกรัฐมนตรี ได้มีข้อความสารแสดงความยินดีถึงนายกรัฐมนตรีบูร์กินาฟาโซ และนายสุรพงษ์ โตวิจักษณ์ชัยกุล รองนายกรัฐมนตรีและรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ ได้มีข้อความสารแสดงความยินดีถึงรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศบูร์กินาฟาโซ ดังนี้
