ข้อความสารแสดงความยินดีจากรองนายกรัฐมนตรีและรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ ถึงรัฐมนตรีต่างประเทศนามิเบียในโอกาสได้รับแต่งตั้งให้ดำรงตำแหน่ง

เมื่อวันที่ ๔ ธันวาคม ๒๕๕๕ นาย Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah ได้รับแต่งตั้งให้ดำรงตำแหน่งรัฐมนตรีต่างประเทศนามิเบีย สืบแทนนาย Utoni Daniel Nujoma ในการนี้ นายสุรพงษ์ โตวิจักษณ์ชัยกุล รองนายกรัฐมนตรีและรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ ได้มีสารแสดงความยินดีเนื่องในโอกาสดังกล่าว ดังนี้
