ข้อความสารแสดงความยินดีจากรองนายกรัฐมนตรีและรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ ถึงรองนายกรัฐมนตรีซาอุดิอาระเบีย

เมื่อวันที่ ๑ กุมภาพันธ์ ๒๕๕๖ Prince Muqrin พระอนุชาของกษัตริย์ Abdullah แห่งราชอาณาจักรซาอุดีอาระเบีย ได้เข้ารับการแต่งตั้งให้ดำรงตำแหน่งรองนายกรัฐมนตรีคนที่ ๒ แห่งราชอาณาจักรซาอุดีอาระเบีย ในการนี้ นายสุรพงษ์ โตวิจักษณ์ชัยกุล รองนายกรัฐมนตรีและรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ ได้มีสารแสดงความยินดีเนื่องในโอกาสดังกล่าว ข้อความดังนี้
