ข้อความสารแสดงความเสียใจถึงรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศเม็กซิโกกรณีเหตุระเบิดอาคารสำนักงานใหญ่บริษัทน้ำมันแห่งชาติเม็กซิโก

ตามที่เกิดเหตุระเบิดอาคารสำนักงานใหญ่บริษัทน้ำมันแห่งชาติเม็กซิโก หรือ Pemex ในกรุงเม็กซิโก สหรัฐเม็กซิโก โดยมีผู้เสียชีวิตในเบื้องต้น ๒๕ คน และบาดเจ็บอีกจำนวนมาก เมื่อวันที่ ๑ กุมภาพันธ์ ๒๕๕๖ ที่ผ่านมานั้น นายสุรพงษ์ โตวิจักษณ์ชัยกุล รองนายกรัฐมนตรีและรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ ได้มีสารแสดงความเสียใจถึงรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศเม็กซิโก ดังนี้

I was saddened to learn of the explosion at the headquarters of the state oil company ‘Pemex’ in Mexico City on 31 January 2013, which resulted in a number of deaths and injuries. On behalf of the Royal Thai Government, I wish to express my heartfelt sympathy and sincere condolences to the Mexican Government and, through you, to the bereaved families and friends of the victims for their loss, on this tragic event.

Accept, Excellency, the renewed assurances of my highest consideration.
