ด้วยในวันที่ ๓๐ เมษายน ๒๕๕๖ เจ้าชายวิลเลม-อเล็กซานเดอร์ มกุฎราชกุมารแห่งราชอาณาจักรเนเธอร์แลนด์ เสด็จขึ้นครองราชสมบัติสืบแทนสมเด็จพระราชินีนาถเบียทริกซ์ นางสาวยิ่งลักษณ์ ชินวัตร นายกรัฐมนตรี และนายสุรพงษ์ โตวิจักษณ์ชัยกุล รองนายกรัฐมนตรีและรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ
ได้มีสารแสดงความยินดีถึงนาย Mark Rutte นายกรัฐมนตรีเนเธอร์แลนด์ และนาย Frans Timmermans รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศเนเธอร์แลนด์ตามลำดับ ดังนี้
