ในวาระการประสูติกาลของเจ้าชายจอร์จแห่งเคมบริดจ์ พระโอรสในดยุคและดัชเชสแห่งเคมบริดจ์เมื่อวันที่ ๒๒ กรกฎาคม ๒๕๕๖ นายสุรพงษ์ โตวิจักษณ์ชัยกุล รองนายกรัฐมนตรีและรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศได้มีสารแสดงความยินดีในวาระดังกล่าวถึงนาย William Hague รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศสหราชอาณาจักร ดังนี้
