สารแสดงความยินดีถึงนายกรัฐมนตรีคูเวต และรองนายกรัฐมนตรีและรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศคูเวต ในโอกาสได้รับการแต่งตั้งเข้าดำรงตำแหน่ง

ด้วยเมื่อวันที่ ๒๙ กรกฎาคม ๒๕๕๖ เจ้าผู้ครองรัฐคูเวตทรงมีพระบรมราชโองการแต่งตั้งนายกรัฐมนตรี และแต่งตั้งคณะรัฐมนตรีชุดใหม่ของคูเวต เมื่อวันที่ ๕ สิงหาคม ๒๕๕๖ ในการนี้ นางสาวยิ่งลักษณ์ ชินวัตร นายกรัฐมนตรี และนายสุรพงษ์ โตวิจักษณ์ชัยกุล รองนายกรัฐมนตรีและรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ ได้มีสารแสดงความยินดีถึงนายกรัฐมนตรีคูเวต และรองนายกรัฐมนตรีและรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศคูเวตตามลำดับ ดังนี้

I have the honour to express, on behalf of the Royal Thai Government and people of Thailand, our sincere congratulations to Your Highness on your re-appointment as Prime Minister of the State of Kuwait.

This has demonstrated the level of trust and confidence bestowed on Your Highness’s able and experienced leadership in guiding Kuwait towards a prosperous future. I wish to take this opportunity to reaffirm the Royal Thai Government’s determination to work closely with the Kuwaiti Government in all areas of common interest for the mutual benefit of our two countries and peoples.
