ในโอกาสที่นาย Ibrahim Boubacar Keita เข้ารับตำแหน่งประธานาธิบดีแห่งสาธารณรัฐมาลี นางสาวยิ่งลักษณ์ ชินวัตร นายกรัฐมนตรีและรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงกลาโหมได้มีสารแสดงความยินดี ดังนี้
