สารแสดงความยินดีถึงรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศปาเลาเนื่องในโอกาสวันประกาศเอกราชของสาธารณรัฐปาเลา

เนื่องในโอกาสวันประกาศเอกราชของสาธารณรัฐปาเลาในวันที่ ๑ ตุลาคม ๒๕๕๖ นายสุรพงษ์ โตวิจักษณ์ชัยกุล รองนายกรัฐมนตรีและรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ ได้มีสารแสดงความยินดีถึงรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศปาเลา ดังนี้

On the auspicious occasion of the Independence Day of the Republic of Palau on 1 October 2013, I have the honour to extend to Your Excellency, on behalf of the Royal Thai Government and the Thai people, my warmest felicitations and best wishes for the prosperity of the Republic of Palau and her people.

I am pleased that the relationship between our two countries has been cordial since the establishment of diplomatic relations in the year 1997. I wish to reaffirm my determination to work closely with Your Excellency for the advancement of our relations, both at bilateral and multilateral levels.

I look forward to the opportunity to receive you in Bangkok in the near future.
