ในโอกาสที่นายปัก พง จู (Pak Pong Ju) ได้รับการแต่งตั้งเป็นนายกรัฐมนตรีประจำสาธารณรัฐประชาธิปไตยประชาชนเกาหลีอีกสมัย นางสาวยิ่งลักษณ์ ชินวัตร นายกรัฐมนตรี และนายสุรพงษ์ โตวิจักษณ์ชัยกุล รองนายกรัฐมนตรีและรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ ได้มีสารแสดงความยินดีถึงนายกรัฐมนตรีเกาหลีเหนือ และรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศเกาหลีเหนือ ดังนี้
