สารแสดงความยินดีเนื่องในโอกาสการจัดตั้งรัฐบาลใหม่ในแอฟริกาใต้

ตามที่เมื่อวันที่ ๒๓ พฤษภาคม ๒๕๕๗ นาย Jacob Zuma ได้เข้าพิธีสาบานตนเป็นประธานาธิบดีแอฟริกาใต้ และได้ประการศจัดตั้งคณะรัฐมนตรีชุดใหม่เมื่อวันที่ ๒๕ พฤษภาคม ๒๕๕๗ นั้น ในโอกาสนี้ พลเอกประยุทธ์ จันทร์โอชา หัวหน้าคณะรักษาความสงบแห่งชาติ และนายสีหศักดิ์ พวงเกตุแก้ว ปลัดกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ ปฏิบัติหน้าที่รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ ได้มีสารแสดงความยินดีถึงประธานาธิบดีแอฟริกาใต้ และรัฐมตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศแอฟริกาใต้ ดังนี้

๑. สารจากหัวหน้าคณะรักษาความสงบแห่งชาติถึงประธานาธิบดีแอฟริกาใต้

I have the honour to extend to Your Excellency, on behalf of the Royal Thai Government, my sincere congratulations on the victory of the African National Congress in the recent general election and your re-appointment as President of the Republic of South Africa on 23 May 2014. Under your leadership and guidance, the Republic of South Africa has made great strides both politically and economically and has become a model for development and growth in Africa.

I am certain that during your second tenure as President, the warm friendship and close collaboration between our two countries will continue to grow from strength to strength both bilaterally and multilaterally. We stand ready to continue working with your Government for the mutual benefit of our two countries and peoples.

๒. สารจากปลัดกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ ปฏิบัติหน้าที่รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ ถึงรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศแอฟริกาใต้

I have the honour to extend to Your Excellency my most sincere congratulations and warm wishes on Your Excellency’s re-appointment as Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Republic of South Africa.

Thailand and South Africa have shared long and amicable ties for over two decades. Thailand intends to further enhance our partnership with South Africa, as evident through our efforts throughout the past years. I am convinced that those efforts will lead to even more significant and constructive areas of cooperation between our two countries. I wish you the best in your future endeavors and look forward to working closely with you during your second term in office.
