ในโอกาสที่ประธานาธิบดี Macky Sall แหางสาธารณรัฐเซเนกัลมีคำสั่งแต่งตั้งคณะรัฐมนตรีชุดใหม่ โดยนาย Mahammed Boune Abdallah Dionne ดำรงตำแหน่งนายกรัฐมนตรีคนใหม่และนาย Mankuer Ndiaye ได้รับตำแหน่งรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ อีกวาระหนึ่ง หัวหน้าคณะรักษาความสงบแรียบร้อยแห่งชาติได้มีสารแสดงความยินดีต่อนายกรัฐมนตรีและปลัดกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ ปฏิบัติราชการแทนรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศได้มีสารถึงรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ ดังนี้
