ยินดีถึงนายดอน ปรมัตถ์วินัย รัฐมนตรีช่วยว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ เนื่องในโอกาสได้รับพระบรมราชโองการโปรดเกล้าฯ แต่งตั้งให้ดำรงตำแหน่งรัฐมนตรีช่วยว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ ในการนี้ รัฐมนตรีช่วยว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ จึงได้มีสารแสดงความขอบคุณ ดังนี้
