On behalf of the Government and the people of the Kingdom of Thailand, I have the honour and pleasure to extend to Your Excellency my warmest congratulations and best wishes on your appointment as Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Slovenia.
I look forward to working closely with Your Excellency to broaden and deepen our cooperation for the mutual benefits of our two countries and peoples. As our two countries enter the third decade of diplomatic relations, I wish to urge that our two countries intensify the cooperation under existing frameworks, particularly the Thai – Slovenian Economic Council, to further enhance our cordial ties.
