ปลัดกระทรวงการต่างประเทศได้มีสารแสดงความยินดีถึงปลัดกระทรวงการต่างประทศคีร์กีซเนื่องในโอกาสครบรอบ ๗๐ ปี การก่อตั้งกระทรวงการต่างประเทศคีร์กีซ ดังนี้

On the auspicious occasion of the 70th Anniversary of the Foundation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, I have the honour to convey to Your Excellency, as well as to all your staff, my warm congratulations and best wishes.

Thailand and the Kyrgyz Republic have enjoyed amicable ties of friendship and mutual support in many areas. I look forward to working closely with Your Excellency to promote even closer cooperation between our two countries, as we approach the 25th Anniversary of the diplomatic relations between Thailand and the Kyrgyz Republic in 2017.
