เนื่องในโอกาสที่ พลอากาศเอก Jean Ravelonarivo ได้รับแต่งตั้งให้ดำรงตำแหน่งนายกรัฐมนตรีแห่งสาธารณรัฐมาดากัสการ์ นั้น พลเอก ประยุทธ์ จันทร์โอชา นายกรัฐมนตรี ได้มีสารแสดงความความยินดีถึงนายกรัฐมนตรี มาดากัสการ์ ดังนี้

Excellency,

I have the honour to extend to Your Excellency, on behalf of the Government and the people of Thailand, my sincere congratulations and best wishes on your appointment as Prime Minister of the Republic of Madagascar. Thailand and Madagascar have enjoyed nearly 25 years of friendship. With a vision to further enrich our cordial ties, and in accordance with the Royal Thai Government’s policy to elevate partnership with Africa in all aspects, especially in economic and development cooperation, I wish to affirm my readiness to work closely with Your Excellency to promote our mutual interest for the benefits of our nations and peoples.
