เนื่องในโอกาสที่นาย Modibo Keita ได้รับแต่งตั้งให้ดำรงตำแหน่งนายกรัฐมนตรีสาธารณรัฐมาลี นั้น พลเอก ประยุทธ์ จันทร์โอชา นายกรัฐมนตรี ได้มีสารแสดงความยินดี ดังนี้
