เนื่องในวันที่ ๒๓ กุมภาพันธ์ เป็นวันชาติบรูไนฯ พลเอกประยุทธ์ จันทร์โอชา นายกรัฐมนตรี และพลเอกธนะศักดิ์ ปฏิมาประกร รองนายกรัฐมนตรีและรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ ได้มีสารแสดงความยินดีถึงสมเด็จพระราชาธิบดีบรูไนฯ และรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศและการค้าบรูไนฯ ตามลำดับ ดังนี้
