เนื่องในโอกาสที่นาย Chiril Gaburici เข้ารับตำแหน่งนายกรัฐมนตรีสาธารณรัฐมอลโดวา พลเอก ประยุทธ์ จันทร์โอชา ได้มีสารแสดงความยินดีถึงนายกรัฐมนตรีสาธารณรัฐมอลโดวา ดังนี้

On behalf of the Government and the People of the Kingdom of Thailand, I have the honour to extend to Your Excellency my sincere congratulations and best wishes on your appointment as Prime Minister of the Republic of Moldova.

I am confident that, under your able guidance and leadership, Moldova will soon overcome the current political and economic challenges ahead. My government is determined to work closely with you to further enhance Thai-Moldovan relations and cooperation for the mutual benefits of our two countries and peoples.
