เนื่องในวันที่ ๒๗ เมษายน เป็นวันเสรีภาพของสาธารณรัฐแอฟริกาใต้ พลเอกประยุทธ์ จันทร์โอชา นายกรัฐมนตรี และพลเอกธนะศักดิ์ ปฏิมาประกร รองนายกรัฐมนตรีและรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ ได้มีสารแสดงความยินดีเนื่องในโอกาสดังกล่าว ดังนี้
