ตามที่เกิดเหตุระเบิดที่ท่าอากาศยานนานาชาติซาเวนเทม (Zaventem) และสถานีรถไฟใต้ดินมาลเบค (Maelbeek) ในกรุงบรัสเซลส์ ราชอาณาจักรเบลเยียม เมื่อช่วงเช้าของวันที่ ๒๒ มีนาคม ๒๕๕๙ ทำให้มีผู้เสียชีวิตและผู้ได้รับบาดเจ็บจำนวนมาก นั้น พลเอก ประยุทธ์ จันทร์โอชา นายกรัฐมนตรี และนายดอน ปรมัตถ์วินัย รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ ได้มีสารแสดงความเสียใจถึงนาย Charles Michel นายกรัฐมนตรีเบลเยียม และนาย Didier Reynders รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศเบลเยียม ดังนี้

I have been deeply shocked and saddened to learn of the devastating explosions in Brussels on the morning of 22 March 2016.
On behalf of the Royal Thai Government and people of the Kingdom of Thailand, I wish to convey my heartfelt condolences to Your Excellency, and through you, to the victims and the families of those who were afflicted by this tragic incident. Our thoughts and prayers are with the people of Belgium during this time of anguish.
Thailand stands with the international community and strongly condemns this senseless act of violence on innocent people.

I have learned with sadness of the loss of lives and injuries caused by the terrible explosions that occurred in Brussels on the morning of 22 March 2016.
In this moment of bereavement, I wish to extend to Your Excellency and the people of Belgium my sincere condolences and sympathies to the families of the victims for this dreadful event. Thailand strongly condemns these acts of violence and remains firmly committed to cooperate closely with the international community in the global fight against all forms of terrorism.
