เนื่องในโอกาสมหามงคลที่พระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัวเสด็จเถลิงถวัลยราชสมบัติครบ ๗๐ ปี ๙ มิถุนายน ๒๕๕๙ สมเด็จพระราชินีนาถเอลิซาเบธที่ ๒ ได้มีพระราชสาส์นถวายพระพรพระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัว ดังข้อความพระราชสาส์นดังนี้
