ข้อความสารแสดงความเสียใจของนายกรัฐมนตรีและรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ

ตามที่เมื่อวันที่ ๒๕ พฤศจิกายน ๒๕๕๙ นายพลฟิเดล กาสโตร อดีตประธานสภาแห่งรัฐและสภารัฐมนตรีแห่งสาธารณรัฐคิวบา ได้ถึงแก่อสัญกรรมลงนั้น นายกรัฐมนตรี ได้มีข้อความสารแสดงความเสียใจถึงนาย Raul Castro ประธานสภาแห่งรัฐและสภารัฐมนตรีแห่งสาธารณรัฐคิวบา และนายดอน ปรมัตถ์วินัย รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ ได้มีข้อความสารแสดงความเสียใจถึงนาย Bruno Eduardo Rodr?guez Parrilla รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ ดังนี้

Excellency,

It is with profound sadness that I learnt of the passing of His Excellency Dr. Fidel Castro Ruz, former President of the Councils of State and of Ministers of the Republic of Cuba on 25 November 2016.

His Excellency Dr. Fidel Castro Ruz was an outstanding statesman of Cuba. By laying out a solid foundation of health and education system for Cuban people, his devotion and commitment to the development of Cuba shall be remembered with great respect.

On behalf of the Royal Thai Government and the people of the Kingdom of Thailand, I have the honour to convey to you and your family, and through you, to the people of the Republic of Cuba, our heartfelt condolences and sympathies at this mournful period.

Excellency,

I have learnt with deep sorrow of the demise of His Excellency Dr. Fidel Castro Ruz, former President of the Councils of State and of Ministers of the Republic of Cuba on 25 November 2016.

At this time of national grief, I wish to extend to Your Excellency my deepest condolences and profound sympathy to the bereaved members of his family, the Government and the people of the Republic of Cuba for the irreparable loss of such a statesman. He will remain in our memory for his contribution to international cooperation among developing countries and as one of the highly respected leaders of the 20th century.

Our thoughts and prayers are with his family, the Government and the people of the Republic of Cuba during this time of mourning.
