นายกรัฐมนตรีส่งสารแสดงความเสียใจกรณีการถึงแก่อสัญกรรมของสมเด็จวิบุลปัญญา สก อาน รองนายกรัฐมนตรีและรัฐมนตรีประจำสำนักคณะรัฐมนตรีกัมพูชา

นายกรัฐมนตรีได้ส่งสารแสดงความเสียใจถึงสมเด็จอัคคมหาเสนาบดีเดโชฮุน เซน นายกรัฐมนตรีแห่งราชอาณาจักรกัมพูชา ต่อการถึงแก่อสัญกรรมของสมเด็จวิบุลปัญญา สก อาน รองนายกรัฐมนตรีและรัฐมนตรีประจำสำนักคณะรัฐมนตรีกัมพูชา เมื่อวันที่ ๑๕ มีนาคม ๒๕๖๐ ดังนี้

Samdech Techo Prime Minister,

I was saddened to learn of the passing of His Excellency the late Samdech Vibol Panha SOK An, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister in charge of the Office of the Council of Ministers of the Kingdom of Cambodia. His untimely passing was indeed a great loss.

The late Samdech Vibol Panha SOK An has played an important role in promoting close relations between Thailand and Cambodia, both under his ministerial capacity and as Chair of Cambodia – Thailand Friendship Association. He will be remembered as a true friend of Thailand.

On behalf of the Royal Thai Government and the people of Thailand, I wish to convey to Your Excellency and, through Your Excellency, to his bereaved family and friends my deepest condolences.
