รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศมีสารแสดงความยินดีถึงรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศสาธารณรัฐฟิลิปปินส์คนใหม่

ตามที่ประธานาธิบดีสาธารณรัฐฟิลิปปินส์ได้แต่งตั้งให้ นายอาลัน ปีเตอร์ เอส คาเยตาโน ดำรงตำแหน่งรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศสาธารณรัฐฟิลิปปินส์ นั้น

นายดอน ปรมัตถ์วินัย รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ ได้มีสารแสดงความยินดีต่อนายอาลัน ปีเตอร์ เอส คาเยตาโน รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศสาธารณรัฐฟิลิปปินส์ โดยมีรายละเอียด ดังนี้

I have the honour to extend my sincere congratulations to you on being appointed by the President of the Republic of the Philippines to the prominent position of Secretary of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of the Philippines at an important juncture in the international relations of the Philippines and the region.

Thailand and the Philippines have, for over six decades, enjoyed close and comprehensive relations, which were further strengthened by the official visit to Thailand by His Excellency Mr. Rodrigo Roa Duterte, President of the Republic of the Philippines, on 20 - 22 March 2017. I was pleased to have met you during this official visit.

I look forward to working closely with you in advancing the ties of friendship between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand and the Department of Foreign Affairs of the Philippines, the bilateral relations between Thailand and the Philippines and the ASEAN Community under the Chairmanship of the Philippines.
