Excellency,
I have recently learnt with deep sadness the loss of lives and casualties caused by the tragic event of the crash of military transport aircraft in Miroslawiec last Wednesday.
On behalf of the Government and the people of Thailand, I would like to convey, through you, our heartfelt condolences and deepest sympathy to the bereaved families of the victims.
