พลเอก ประยุทธ์ จันทร์โอชา นายกรัฐมนตรี ได้ส่งข้อความสารแสดงความยินดีทูลนายกรัฐมนตรีรัฐคูเวต ต่อการเสด็จขึ้นครองราชย์ของเชค นาวาฟ อัลอะห์มัด อัลญาบิร อัศเศาะบาฮ์ เจ้าผู้ครองรัฐคูเวตพระองค์ใหม่ เมื่อวันที่ ๓๐ ก.ย. ๒๕๖๓ ดังนี้

On behalf of the Royal Thai Government and people of the Kingdom of Thailand, I have the honour to extend my sincerest congratulations and best wishes on the auspicious occasion of His Highness Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah?s taking oath as the 16th Amir of the State of Kuwait.

Over five decades of our diplomatic relations, the Kingdom of Thailand and the State of Kuwait have developed an enduring friendship and mutual respect between our governments and our two peoples. I am committed to deepening our partnership and enhancing our cooperation in the years to come. I have full confidence that the new reign of His Highness Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah will usher in continuity, progress and prosperity for the benefit and well-being of the State of Kuwait and her people.
