สารแสดงความยินดีต่อนายกรัฐมนตรีและรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศลัตเวียคนใหม่

ตามที่เมื่อวันที่ 12 มีนาคม 2552 รัฐสภาลัตเวียได้ให้ความเห็นชอบต่อรัฐบาลชุดใหม่ภายใต้การนำของนาย Valdis Dombrovskis โดยมีนาย Maris Riekstin เป็นรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศนั้น นายอภิสิทธิ์ เวชชาชีวะ นายกรัฐมนตรี และนายกษิต ภิรมย์ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ ได้ส่งสารแสดงความยินดีต่อนายกรัฐมนตรีและรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศลัตเวียคนใหม่ตามลำดับ ดังนี้

On Behalf of the Government and the people of the Kingdom of Thailand, I have the honour to extend to your Excellency, my sincere congratulations and best wishes on Your Excellency’s appointment as Prime Minister of the Republic of Latvia and Minister for Children, Family and Society Integration.

I am certain that, under your able guidance and leadership, our relations will be further enhanced at both bilateral and multilateral levels. The Royal Thai Government is determined to work closely with you for the mutual benefits of our two countries and peoples.
