สารแสดงความเสียใจกรณีพายุไซโคลนไอล่าที่อินเดีย

เมื่อวันที่ 27 พฤษภาคม 2552 นายกษิต ภิรมย์ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ ได้มีสารแสดงความเสียใจถึงรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศอินเดีย กรณีพายุไซโคลนไอลาเคลื่อนผ่าน รัฐเบงกอลตำวันออกของอินเดีย ส่งผลให้เกิดวาตภัยและอุทกภัยในเมืองกัลกัตตาและพื้นที่ใกล้เคียงเป็นวงกว้าง ดังนี้

Excellency,

It was with my deep sympathy that I learnt of the devastation created by deadly Cyclone Aila on 26 May in the State of West Bengal which caused loss of lives, numerous affected people and other casualties. I also wish to express my deepest compassion through you, on behalf of myself and of the people of Thailand, to the victims. We wish for the safe and successful rescue operations and also for speedy recovery to the affected people and areas in the State of West Bengal.
