เมื่อวันที่ 15 กุมภาพันธ์ 2553 นายกษิต ภิรมย์ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ ได้มีสารแสดงความยินดีไปยังนาย Audronius Azubalis รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศสาธารณรัฐลิธัวเนียในโอกาสที่ได้รับการแต่งตั้งเมื่อวันที่ 11 กุมภาพันธ์ ที่ผ่านมา ดังนี้
