เนื่องในโอกาสครบรอบ 35 ปีของการสถาปนาความสัมพันธ์ทางการทูตระหว่างไทย-จีน ในวันที่ 1 กรกฎาคม 2553 นายอภิสิทธิ์ เวชชาชีวะ นายกรัฐมนตรี และนายกษิต ภิรมย์ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศได้มีการแลกเปลี่ยนสารแสดงความยินดีในโอกาสดังกล่าวกับ นายเวิน เจียเป่า นายกรัฐมนตรีสาธารณรัฐประชาธิปไตยประชาชนจีน และนายหยาง เจี๋ย ฉือ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศจีน ดังนี้

On behalf of the Royal Thai Government and people of the Kingdom of Thailand, I have the honour to extend my warmest congratulations and best wishes to Your Excellency and to the Government and people of the People’s Republic of China on the auspicious occasion of the 35th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between our two countries on 1 July 2010.
Over the past 35 years, we have witnessed the deepening of our close and cordial relations at all levels, resulting in comprehensive cooperation in bilateral, regional and international issues. I am particularly delighted to note that our collaboration, whether political or economic, has contributed significantly to the prosperity and stability of our two countries and indeed the region as a whole.
I would also like to take this opportunity to reiterate my invitation to Your Excellency to pay an official visit to Thailand at a mutually convenient date. Your Excellency’s visit will provide an excellent opportunity for us to further strengthen and deepen the foundations of our strategic partnership as well as promote the true friendship and understanding between our two countries and peoples.

On the auspicious occasion marking the 35th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relationship between the People’s Republic of China and the Kingdom of Thailand, on behalf of the Chinese Government and people and in my own name, I wish to extend my warm congratulations and best wishes to Your Excellency and through Your Excellency to the Government and people of the Kingdom of Thailand.
Since the diplomatic relationship was established thirty five years ago, the People’s Republic of China and the Kingdom of Thailand, as good neighbors, good friends and good partners, have achieved remarkable growth in bilateral relations, strengthened increasing mutual political trust and cooperation in various fields, and maintained good communication and coordination in regional and international affairs, which has produced important benefits to the people of both countries. I am willing to make joint efforts with Your Excellency to advance the strategic cooperation relationship to a higher level, and thus to make greater contributions to the regional peace and development.
May the China-Thailand friendship last forever.

I have the honour to extend my warmest congratulations and best wishes to Your Excellency on the occasion on the 35th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the Kingdom of Thailand and the People’s Republic of China on 1 July 2010.
Our two countries are bound by deeply-rooted cultural and historical ties. Today, the cornerstone of our close partnership is based on mutual trust and understanding developed through 35 years of cordial relations and cooperation at all levels. Whether bilaterally or in international fora, our friendship has continued to grow from strength to strength and has matured into an even more meaningful strategic partnership. In short, we have learned that we can trust and rely upon each other in times of need. Thailand and China have also witnessed the deepening of our mutual understanding and friendship as well as increased people-to-people contacts.
On this auspicious occasion, I wish to take this opportunity to reaffirm Thailand’s determination to enhance collaboration and remain a valuable and reliable partner for the People’s Republic of China as we strive toward peace, stability and prosperity for our two countries and peoples as well as the region as a whole.

Since the diplomatic relationship was established thirty five years ago, the People’s Republic of China and the Kingdom of Thailand have maintained a positive and steady growth in bilateral ties. The two countries have expanded exchanges and cooperation in various fields such as politics, economy and trade, science and technology, culture, and military. Good communication and cooperation has been conducted in regional and international affairs. To further develop bilateral friendship and cooperation is in the interests of people of both countries, and conducive to the regional peace and development. I am willing to work together with Your Excellency to advance the implementation of the Joint Action Plan on China-Thailand Strategic Cooperation, and make continued efforts to promote the development of the bilateral relationship.
